Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned textiles, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
